I give this bank a big fat ZERO. They lie. They charged my husband $15 to replace his defective IBC Bank debit card and said that they would credit his checking account back the $15 in a few business days for his inconvenience. A week later upon checking his account.. it never happened. We went directly to the bank to get the credit. The manager had a bad attitude and said she’d look into it and see what she could do to check back in a few more days. And yes, the teller Anne at the IBC bank located in the Harlingen Walmart had bad attitude as well. All she was interested in was looking over my husbands bank accounts seeing how much money he has in it.. they are jerks and untrustworthy at IBC

Went to make deposit. Asked teller if there were any half dollars and or dollar coins available. Was told to come back in an hour because someone else would be coming in and her til had 1 one dollar coin. Came back & was told sorry an employee had already “bought” the dollar coin. I’m annoyed first that I would have to return to make an exchange for the coin, why couldn’t I get it right then? What was the purpose of me waiting and making another trip back? Second, why is an employe abel to exchange money during their shift? Shouldn’t this be something done on their own time? I was told to come back and I did but their own employees were abel to exchange and I being a customer wasn’t allowed to.

My mother went in to take 450 out of her account. Got the money and almost walked out before she noticed that the receipt said 900 dollars was taken out - even though she was able to get it corrected it doesn't excuse the fact that it happened.Can't even imagine how many other people it's happened to

I went to this bank to ask questions about my account because of this stupid email they sent me. Then this lady Ann or Anne or Annie or whatever had the worst attitude. Luckily the nice gentleman next to her was kind enough to help me. Seriously get better people working back there if you have a bad attitude all the time you're gonna lose customers ?

I have an account with this bank and was told they couldn't give me change for cash that I had on me because my account wasn't a "business account", but yet not even 2 days ago I was given change? How does that make sense. Reconsidering the bank change because this is pathetic. I wasn't asking for coin change just for 1's and 5's. Sad. Very sad.

Always see 2-4 people working on this branch but it’s usually only one person helping customers. One guy always sitting on a office. I wish they had more people helping customers. “ other than that… they have good customer experience “
