The ATM kept $100 dollars (2 × 50) and I didn't get it back on 10/02/2024 (Saturday) at 7 pm.. there is no one who can help me, not even by phone. They tell me to wait until Monday to talk to the bank. I hope to God they return my money.

I would rate the IBC Dixieland Road branch a negative if I could. Customer service is terrible. I called in about an issue with my account that needed to be remedied and the bank employee tells me “I don’t know if we can help you.” What kind of response is that?! Same issue I had a few years back and they fixed it over the phone but today I got a different response. Definitely switching banks!

I love my Bank but this IBC bank on Dixieland has the WORST DRIVE THROUGH serves. I waited 25 minutes to get to deposit and another 5 minutes just to get my deposit slip back... WOW either higher more people or you need a FASTER system or stop going from the front desk to the drive through. Hence get more people to work a specific spot!!!

Waited over 30 minutes to talk to someone. 3 other people walked out before me. Guest staff was at lunch as only 2 were present helping others. The tellers were moving fast and fully staffed. The gentleman did help me out as soon as he walked in to a line of waiting customers. He was a pro and helped. More stars if less of a wait.

Came here a few times the staff is nice and I usually get a fee wavied sometimes. Definitely like this IBC better than the other ones in Harlingen. I was very impressed with Kristen R she had great customer service and was great help.
