Several times now I've gone through heard them laughing I think that they're doing drugs and everybody is high I could be totally wrong but that's the way they act in there they act childish and mature not doing their job correctly just taking it as a damn joke I do not recommend this place I tell my friends and family to stay away they never make my order correct and I've driven away plenty of times now they discuss me they make me angry they make me want to fight this place is the worst I've been in my life

Stated systems were rebooting but clearly seen the POS register on and not rebooting! I haven't been here in Harlingen in over 2 years and it's sad that nothing has changed from the service to poor management and crew for late night.

The drive thru was fast, accurate, and the food was delicious. Hot, fresh, and as ordered. Thank you. Houston locations could learn from them!!

Due to lack of staff (no fault of the manager or staff) the place was less than clean. One server, two cooks. The food was amazing, I would suggest the drive-through.

Clean restaurant and the food was good. Best jack in the box in Harlingen.. great friendly staff.the other jack in the box in Harlingen is always dirty.

The Harlingen on Tyler: excellent service! I didn't get names but the girls were very very friendly and helpful and pretty ?!
