Our Ruben sandwiches had more sauerkraut than meat. The bread was so soggy it fell apart picking it up. I would post the pic if it was possible. Gross

The only thing that would make this place even better with a vegan ice cream. It would be so wonderful. I like Jasons deli. It is so delicious. I love the variety and that I didn’t have to make it.

Just because it's food. I paid over $14 for a sad sad cold sandwich, no soup and the wait is long. Not busy. I think maybe staffing? The soup when it did come was delicious. The fruit is fresh. Love the dip. Very kind staff.

Napkins were not given freely. The salad bar was policed by the cartel. Had to ask for a plate for another item.

I used to aways come here and order the kids pizza to dine in, never had it been a problem until I went in today and they told me it was only 12 and under. I told the cashier I always got it as did my sister and they never told me anything but I did notice it was a busy day and when we used to come in it wasn't that busy. Her manager was also standing next to her and that's probably why she didn't let me get it. So they bend the rules when it come to age restricted food when they want and don't want. It made me upset because I really liked the pizza with a cup of tomato soup and now I can't get it unless I order to go.

Jason’s deli is one of my very favorite places. Had a very disappointing and rude visit this time. I think I will be visiting the two in McAllen that always have great service.

Always love Jason’s deli, but today had a rude experience at the one in Harlingen with a staff member. Will sadly think twice before I return to this one.

Love the store and the staff, but someone decided to change the bread on my wife's favorite--tomato soup and grilled cheese. The rye bread now being used does NOT belong in a delicatessen. Hey, Jason's buyer, shop around and try it before you make us eat it.
