I placed an online order and when I went to the Harlingen JCPenney store they had lost the order and the associate and the manager had no clue what happen to the package plus made me wait an hour then they place again the order to be delivered to that store with a gift card and they decide to keep my gift card I go to pick up the order and they loose the gift card horrible experience with JCPenney never again shopping with this company.

Times have changed, so this store isn’t what it use to be. This particular store is clean, but doesn’t have much of a selection as the nearby JCPs. It’s usually a bit uncomfortable in there because it’s warm in there when shopping. It’s not always easy to find someone to help with any questions.
