Went in around 6:20-ish I know you close at 7. I'm just trying to buy one pair of shoe. Employees started shooting off faces. Had a green/blue idk haired lady/man idk, ask how can she help I told her the shoe I wanted she says they don't have it and that's ok with me but why just stand there awkwardly with 3 other Employees...I get it, it's almost time to be off the clock but next time be subtle about it and don't make people feel weird in your already weird store. I was the only customer there. Don't even think about shopping at Journeys because their employees will sniff you out to make a sale.....except when it's 6:20 on Friday. Losers.

Yesterday had the worst experience ever. The workers are fight to sell rather than costumer service !!!Was gonna buy a few pairs of shoes and one ladie. Talked very bad try to fight for our sale. We walked out of store. Moments later. I felt bad about my kids shoes so i went back. And she trashed talked and sold me a pair of kids shoes. Missing one shoe. Really. Do that to a kid. Never buying from that store again. U lost a great costumer we buy shoes on monthly basis. In the harlingen mall to support our. Local mall.

Went in last week during COVID looking quickly for a pair of Chaco Sandals and the young lady working that morning was on top of helping me. She let me know that this location only had two sizes available in the same style, luckily the one of the two sizes were my size and the style was fine. So I bought them without any hesitations. I cant recall the young lady's name but she was sweet professional and that makes me want to go back to this location in the future for my sandals . Kudos to the location in the sunrise mall in Brownsville TX.

I left a comment before, now I'm going to leave another. My daughter has really bad anxiety so she takes her therapy dog with her to calm her down. 2 of the Store's associates (male and female) were mocking her and talked about throwing her dog if they ask to pet her therapy dog. I will never come here again. My daughter left the store in tears because she didn't understand why someone would want to hurt her dog.
