Hadn't gone to Kohls in about a year. I had major surgery and didn't feel like shopping. Today 1 year after my major surgery I finally went shopping. The only place I went was Kohls. I bought myself, blouses, pant, shirt, shirts for my grandson, and found myself much less than I thought. Felt good, wonderful experience. I'm going back.

I like coming here for my work clothes. However, I am leaving this review because I feel like every time I buy clothes from here, they leave the security tag on the outfit and by the time I come home I can’t wear the shirt and I already ripped off the tag. Please have the cashier make sure to check to take the security tags off or at least put them in the same spot on all shirts to make it easy for employees to locate it. Please fix this, and next time I will have to help them check for the security tags

Shopping at Kohl’s was such a pleasant experience! The store was well-organized, which made it easy to find the perfect outfit. The associates were friendly and helpful, making the whole trip enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for more!

The Harlingen location carries a wide variety of merchandise. Currently, the he aisles are crowded with Holiday sale items making it difficult to maneuver.
The employees were working diligently to get inventory on the floor.

Ms. Brittany provided exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to educate us on the products suitable for the age group we were shopping for. When the item we wanted wasn’t on the floor, she proactively checked the stock in the back after confirming its availability in the system.
