Horrible customer service. No compassion or empathy for the elderly who don't know how to use the kiosk. The ladies are rude. They told me I can go somewhere else to do my labs, You bet I will be going back to my old lab with better customer service and care.

Crowded waiting room. Check in process was easy but coming into the office was not seamless. Office staff did not care to answer questions. No matter the content of the question. Every response was to tell me to sit down.
