Just left the Harlingen location and was extremely disappointed. Driving up into the parking lot and saw only 3 vehicles. I was happy because I would be getting some help being that it had a couple of customers. I was looking for fencing metal post and would also needed 200ft of welder wire,kept circling the aisle and at no time did any employee offer to help. I saw one cashier helping a customer at the register and two employees (one of them had a white shirt)talking and laughing at the service counter. Not attending to anyone or on the computer. I walked up to the counter and asked for his name being that I was passing by him. He said it's Ben.

Workers in the back are rude. Gave a worker a receipt for a bag of concrete, he turns to another man and says in Spanish “un cemento no más no puedo” and laughs, assuming I didn’t speak Spanish, the comment was so unnecessary, I felt bad for them at first working in the heat as was planning on leaving a tip just to be nice, but now I don’t plan on ever going back. If it was up to me I would have gotten it myself but it’s not like they’re on display or anything I had no choice but to go to the back so I don’t see why he would even say that.
