Very horrible service. Very overpriced.
The trucks do not work. Very high mileage with prices of a new truck. I wanted to test drive a truck and waited an hour and they bs me and said they put a new battery. A battery doesn’t take an hour.

🚨 WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! 🚨
This place sold me a total lemon. The car barely lasted me two months before turning into a money pit. I poured money into repairs, only for it to break down again—this time needing almost $3,000 in repairs.
When I reached out, their “solution” was for me to return the car and give them another down payment for a different vehicle. Seriously? If I had money for another down payment, I wouldn’t be dealing with this junk in the first place!
They don’t care about their customers—only about squeezing every dollar they can. The down payments are outrageous, the cars are garbage, and any time there’s an issue, they want you to go to their shop and pay them even more.
Because of them, I was stuck without a car for weeks, struggling to get my kids to school—and they didn’t care one bit. Their only focus is getting more money out of you.
Save yourself the headache and STAY FAR AWAY from this shady place.

I was not satisfied with the truck that they sold me it broke down on the first month that I bought it when I bought it they told me there was nothing wrong with it they lied to me just so they can sell the truck to me.

We went by several times to look a pick up truck and took him all the necessary information. Finally had time for a test drive after our 4th visit just to have Mr Menchaca state it was against policy to let anyone test drive any of his vehicles he has for sale. NEVER have I ever been told such a bold face lie. Not good for business to start of lying. Shameful way to do business.

Auto place put a lean on my title after I finish paying it off. I had to be back and forth with them. They gave me a hard time filling out a form for me that the DMV requested. ONCE YOU PAY OFF YOUR CAR I SUGGEST YOU MAKE SURE THEY HAVE NO LEANS ON IT.

Purchased 2014 mercedes benz end of April and ask me 4500down and had it for the whole month of May 2022 and next month June of 2022 my vechile breaks down they took my car to mercedes benz dealership and they wanted to charge me 2,000 to fix it menchaca auto sales couldn't help me cause they said you bought it as is so I let go of the car and only reason I did this Purchased cause I dnt have good credit so customers thats tell you everything of customer services they provide of not helping you and just taking your money away

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I went in on Friday with my friend and sister to look at a car and the lady told me it was $13,500. I went on Saturday with my friend and her husband to check the car more in depth and the guy told me $14,900 for the same car I had asked! Also, that I could not test drive it unless I was gonna do the paperwork right then and there! I came in today to look at the same car with my parents because I was really interested and the same lady from Friday told me the car was $15,900!! I was so mad because I went three times in a row and they told me three different prices! In 3 days they hired the price $2,400!!! I confronted the lady about the price changes and she stated she never said $13,500 but if the guy told me $14,900 then they will give it to me at the price. I did not want to do business with them because they gave me 3 different prices and I went with someone each day so they can confirm they told me different prices! If anyone goes there, record them!! Because all they are doing is changing the prices. DO NOT recommend.
