Oscar was a big help. All I needed was a carb cleaner and starter fluid instead of just telling me which aisle I could find it, he did me a solid told me to stay put and grabbed them for me. Great customer service, I will definitely be shopping here more often.

Normally feel intimidated when I enter an auto parts store, but your employee Mr PJ was very helpful knowledgeable and didn't make me feel insecure.

Jesse was mopping when we came and I can tell he was moving with a purpose. He wasn’t just mopping like an average person. He ended up giving us some knowledgeable advice from his past experience. He needs to be promoted to manager and running a store asap. Always have great service from O’Reillys.

Took battery here and left it to charge. When I came back they said the battery was no good and wouldn't hold a charge. They blamed the battery brand (duracell) and said walmart is not a good place to buy batteries. We took it to another location across town and they were able to charge it and test it. They gave us a receipt stating good battery. This is the second battery we have taken here that they've told us wouldn't hold a charge, and after taking it elsewhere it ended up working. Our neighbor warned us about bringing batteries here and we should have listened to him.
