Pretty solid store. They've got a good variety of stuff and everything's pretty well organized. I was able to find the balls my dog loves without any trouble, so that was a win. Staff was chill too. No complaints.

I used to take my fur child to another groomer who was great, but they closed. I didn’t trust anyone else, but I finally took her in to Petsmart. Isela is wonderful with my Cocoa. Cocoa looks and feels great when I pick her up, and she has been there three different times. I am telling all of my friends with fur babies!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE PET SMART. The last time I gave my dog a bath there was a week ago and they put him a white collar. Days later, HE WAS STABBED BY IT. He was bleeding everywhere and it made him uncomfortable. And now I have to take him to a vet because OF THAT. LOOK WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO MY DOG. IT'S ALL BECAUSE YOU. IF I HAVEN'T NOTICED, MY DOG WOULD'VE BEEN KILLED BECAUSE OF PET SMART. I HATE IT SO MUCH THAT SOON I WILL GET RID OF IT.

Went into store twice to buy a product with a buy 2 get one free deal, unfortunately never more than 2 items on shelf at one time. Manager would not allow me to buy the 2 in stock and get credit for the 3rd when it arrived. This appears to be an outright scam.
