“I went in for a new passport today and both front desk employees Anna and Joseph were very nice. Anna was extremely kind and helpful, she explained everything I needed to fill out on the application and was kind enough to let me choose which passport photo I liked the most! I was super pleased with the customer service I experienced at this USPS location.”

“Love this post office! The Harlingen post office employees are always rude. The employees in Combes are always nice and patient with their customers. This post office will always be my local go to!”

“I had a great customer service interaction with Bobby at this USPS! He was so kind and took time with each customer to make sure their needs were met and all questions were answered. It's great to see customer service like that in a busy place.”
