The guys at Print Pack Ship are amazing! They are always professional and patient with my kids' various school projects. It's easier to ask them for help me try to figure things out and the quality of printing is always amazing! They have printed photos for me over the years too and I've never been disappointed.

Today came to print 1 page, and I showed up at closing time after driving for 15 minutes to get here. I am a regular at this store.
Who came at the door and refused to help is someone I have never met before in this store.
I was hoping the regular clerks would be working today.
This was not my lucky day.

Poor customer service. Had to wait while others go in front of me. Guy at desk didn’t want to wait 10 seconds for me to write a number and name. I'll go somewhere else next time with better service and environment.

I have been trying to take my retirement since July. 1st time getting denied was because the ink looked speckled 2nd time the guy never faxed it probably just scanned my papers because they didn’t receive it 3rd time getting denied was the guy didn’t put a date -__- you know I was planning to use money for my kids before school starts guess that’s not going to happen and also each time I pay $10 to get it notarized and pay $3 to faxed almost $40 and now I have to do it again and why should I have to pay again if it falls on them I’m starting to think they are doing on purpose because I made a comment I said I have to re fax this again because they never received it!!!! So frustrating go somewhere where they are more professional. Oh so decided to do it one more time and got denied again cause the notary stamp was not legible -_- going somewhere else so I’ve spent $53. So I went to C&R tax services and today I got approved and it was my first time going there and it was only $5 to get notarized and free fax!!!!!?

Excellent customer service & everyone was very helpful and friendly! They packed and shipped a heavy, two tiered, Talevera pottery bowl and it arrived quickly via Fed Ex Ground & in perfect condition! Will 100% do ALL of my shipping with Print Pack Ship!

I went in this morning to return equipment from my former employer and because the employee saw a QR code on the instructions he refused to help me. When I told him the QR code wasn’t for him (it was for me to scan and fill out) he still did not care or even try to be helpful. He would not even read the instructions when I asked him to he replied “that means nothing to me”. He said I would have to go to a different FedEx site but how would he know that since he didn’t read the instructions. This place is supposed to be an “authorized FedEx ship center” but I guess not. Will definitely not be back or recommend this place to anyone. I’m still in shock as to how unhelpful and rude this employee was. Thanks for nothing.

Great experience. I needed a document printed and they make it easy. They provide an email for you to send it to and they print it out for you. $0.25/copy. Great customer service.

As a business owner, I do not recommend. My husband lost his wallet on his way out of town. I picked up and dashed over to make it before 1:00. I made it at 12:58. Considering UPS and others couldn’t get me overnight service and I heard they could help, I was hopeful. Got there before 1 and doors were locked. I knocked on the door and there were two other people still in the shop. I was ignored. Myself and one other customer waited. This person had her stuff labeled and ready to go; just needed to pay. It wasn’t until another customer walked out that I was acknowledged by someone claiming to be the owner. By this point, it was after 1. He said “sorry my register is closed,” even though there was still one more customer in the store. I told him I made it before 1 and he looked at me shocked and said “well my register said 1.” I explained I looked and made sure that I would make it before and it was 12.58. Again he said “well my register said 1.” Showed him my phone and he claimed it was wrong. We all know we don’t program our own clocks on cells anymore. I get it; he closed early to go home in a Saturday. This isn’t me being entitled it’s just principle. If you have hours posted till 1, customers aren’t going by your cash register dude; people use their phones.
This isn’t how to get customers for a small business. While yes we have hours of operation, you don’t close early and the best customer service option is to go above and beyond. This is why Harlingen can’t keep small businesses open because of people like this. Definitely won’t be going here again.
