I love their work but, no one talks to you. Just barely get a hello when you walk in. They immediately ask you to pick a color. After work has started, you get passed around to 2 others to finish the work. They have no posting of charges & you don’t get a warm welcome! I feel totally isolated especially when they talk amongst themselves (in their language) or are FaceTiming with someone while doing your nails. Just very unfriendly. Ever time I go, prices are different. I might just have to go try somewhere else.

Service has changed in the last 2 years. I got a new tech and was not happy with the smoothing of rough skin. Not as thorough as before. Mildly disappointed. Prices went up, but quality went down. Chill environment, though. Nice people.

I had a bad experience. The nail tech was rough. She pinched and pulled on my fingers. She talked to me like I was a little kid.
My French tips looked thick and messy. When I asked her to fix them, she gave me an attitude. She said I should have told her before. She kept speaking to me in a rude tone. It felt like she did not want to fix her work.
***not even 24 hours and my nails are all chipped***
I came back because I had a good visit last month. But after this, I will not return. The service was not professional.

Thank you so much for fixing my nails I went to valley nail and beauty and they did an absolute atrocious job. You're able to fix my nails and give me exactly what I asked for thank you so much.

So expensive and so rude. I have never had toe nail fungus in my life low and behold one visit and boom. I was trying to use my phone to Google translate because they were obviously talking about people. She took my phone out of my hand and put it upside down on the table.

Stay away! I walked in to this nail salon asking for a refill. No one greeted me as I walked in. They asked me to pick a color and I told them I wanted a nude powder with glitter. They brought me a few to choice from. I got switched around to about 4 different people before I was done. The First Lady I sat down with started to drill down my nails as to do a refill. I was asked if the set I had on was done there. I replied no. I got sent to second person who started popping off my nails. I wasn't asked or even was mentioned they were going to do this. I should have said something but I did not. That's my bad. The second girl started putting new tips on and then I was passed to a third girl who did the actual powder. No one tried to engage in conversation. They just spoke amongst themselves. The 3 person kept yanking and pulling my hand without telling me what she wanted me to do. Then after she was done I got passed to a 3rd girl who put one top coat on and told me my total was $70. I was shook to my core. She said 60 for a full set and 10 dollars for a take off. There were no prices anywhere and the set I got is something fancy. This place is too filthy to be charges such charges. A woman before me got a pedicure and nails done for 70. I am from Houston and don't even pay this amount for a super nice salon up there! I am livid and will never come back here again and you shouldn't either.

This salon is nothing fancy, but they did an amazing job!!! If you like a lot of small talk, this is not your salon. Personally, I prefer somewhere quiet where they do great work. This is definitely that salon. Thank you!!!

I rated a one star because first of all I showed them a picture of the color nai I wanted which was red and I ended up getting orange red not what I wanted. wish I could post what I asked for and what I got but yet they charged me 40
