Got scammed by the son of the owner. Had noise suspension. Told was motor mount. It was a sway bar link that I got checked out with someone else. Got charged for labor only and not a “new motor mount” he installed. From a past review it looks like this tactic of his is repetitive. Please be aware and make sure before you pay for something that doesn’t need to be done. Only for them to benefit from the consumer not being that knowledge in auto repair

Great experience!!!!
Had a strange sound coming from the AC I could no longer ignore. Jr right away was able to find a solution and help me find the part needed . I didn’t have to go looking for replacement part. The part was delivered to the shop coordinated by Jr. All I did was wait in the office while part was replaced. Super fast and effective, didn’t have to take too much time off my work was able to take care of the problem during my lunch. I really appreciate the jobs effectiveness.

I know I got scammed for a “new part” he put on. I was only charged for “labor”. No new part was installed. Went for two issues. Fixed one got scammed on 2nd one. Claimed he provided part for free. My 2nd issue came back soon as I left the shop. Wouldn’t take my car back making accusations, scared my car could be messed with for speaking the truth of what I discovered. And to top it off. 1st issue was taken care of but with a completely different part that was made to work with the car. It wasn’t aftermarket or exact oem for my specific make and model. I dealt with the young guy. I assume is the son of the owner. 4/10 for somewhat fixing one issue but 1 star for scamming me out money for “labor only” on “new part” he put on

Great experience! They replaced the alternator for my vehicle at a fair price and in a very timely manner. The people I spoke with were friendly and you can tell take pride in their work. Highly recommend

It is always such a pleasant experience with them. The parking is horrid but I will deal with that because at the end of the day I know they really are doing honest work at a very decent price

I had A/C issues in my 2015 Jeep Trailhawk on a Saturday. I called Midas to inquire about their diagnostic fee, and they quoted me $159.99. I thought that was excessive, so I searched on Google and found R & R Auto Repair. I called them, and they said their diagnostic fee was $35.00. I asked if they could check it out the same day. They were about to close but told me they would check it if I could get there in 10 minutes. Since I lived very close, I arrived quickly.
They were able to fix my issue because it was an easy repair. They accommodated me and didn't overcharge me. I was very thankful since it is summertime, and I really needed my A/C. They have gained a new customer moving forward.

Two words: above and beyond. These guys really do take pride in their work and customer service. Coming down from Dallas and getting stranded is no joke. These guys came to the rescue and got us on the road in a few hours. I work on my own car and I can say that I’ve finally found an honest and honorable mechanic. Go here for ur car troubles, u won’t regret it!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Ps: those few negative reviews are a joke, people just need to redirect their anger and frustrations to themselves for waiting so long to fix things and making them worse over time 🙄
