Just spent $120 at this place and we walked into the mall not knowing it closes at 7pm. They closed the doors behind us and wouldn't let us through to get to our car parked literally 15 feet from their store. I'm carrying my baby in her car seat and asked the older man working through the window if he would let us through and didn't allow us to. I know it was closed but common courtesy man... Not cool. Now we had to walk through the food court and around the entire mall just to get to the car with the car seat. Won't shop here again!

I mean honestly not much needs to be said about rack room it's where you go when you are on a budget but you want nice stuff. specifically shoes! They're absolutely awesome it's where I go to get my shoes and it's where I go to get shoes for others. IT'S where everyone I know goes to get shoes and the management there is nice.

Great deals and nice variety of name brand shoes...the BOGO is a big plus as I was able to buy my daughter some Keds on sale for $5.99 and got mine for $2.99. Great place to shop like a queen on a budget lol
