Adrian at Red Wing provided excellent service! He was extremely helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. His customer service skills are outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their customers the way Adrian does. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit the store!

Always a great atmosphere coming into this place as this time had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Flores. Fantastic customer service helped on all questions I had on hand. Also located what was needed on my footwear for my work domination comfort. Also offering the multi elite making sure that my feet are at top T for long hours at work. Joseph is a major asset for this company may continue to persevere in full in his journey. Thank you Joseph!

Walked in to the store to get laces. While in the store looked over and saw the orthotic foot beds. Knowing the ones in my current boots already needed replacing. Joseph came back with the laces. And saw me observing the orthotic foot beds. He quickly sold me on them and had me getting an ultimate fit profile.
The fit profile suggested two different types.. long story short got both types for each of the pair of boots since they both felt fantastic while trying them out.
And a service that I was made aware of was treating the leather on my boots.
Service received today by Joseph today was exceptional! And walked out with my feet feeling and looking great!

My brother in law came in and received high class service from a gentleman Adrian. That guy deserves a raise. He gave top notch service and made Redwings look very good as a company. Definitely recommend this place just because of Adrian's service as well as the quality of their products.
