I will never purchase anything from them again. Had an agreement to pay monthly and then in April they changed that to weekly without notification. Manager claims Corporate took that option away but when I called Corporate they told me no such action was taken. My last conversation with the manager gave me a balance of $178 and after a $40 dollar payment the receipt said I had a balance of $154+. I don't trust them luckily I will pay them off next week.. Let's see what BS they come up with.

I had a wonderful experience at Rent A Wheel in Harlingen this afternoon. I dealt with Joe Godinez and Biggie the technician. They were very helpful and informative. They worked on my car and had me out in no time.

Came in today to have tires mounted on my Jeep and I can say it's that I was treated very well. Joe was very professional and possess excellent customer service skills. I'm very happy with my purchase at rent a wheel. You guys are great keep up the good work.

Horrible service! They keep charging my card after complaining numerous times that I DONT have an account with them. I use my card to give a payment for my bf when he is at work but that doesn’t mean you are authorized to charge MY card for an account that I don’t have here! At this point this is theft!
