Rooms were great, service was great. Hotel is currently going through some renovations, so there are some interesting odors in the lobby and in one of the elevators. I'd still visit again for the right price. There is a shuttle to the airport from 8:30am until the evening that is not advertised.

This facility and our room was clean and the lady that checked us in was very pleasant and the rest of the staff were responsive and professional. This trip was last minute, so we didn't book online. We chose the hotel because it was next door to The Bass Pro Shop.

We stay at a lot of hotels for work and this one was not worth the money at all!!! They first had us in a room that they shouldn’t have gave us, so they moved us to another. They never gave us new towels, even though we asked. The pool water was green and very disgusting. Staff was rude! I’d never stay here ever again. Don’t go based off photos because in person it’s nothing like that. Walls were dirty as well!

Very uninviting staff and lobby area.
The television in the main lobby was blasting reality TV shows at high volume the entire week that I stayed, for whoever was working behind the counter to watch.
On about the 5th day of my stay, I decided to sit in the lobby to use my work laptop at one of the tables. I noticed the front desk manager who was watching the TV from behind the desk looking over at me as if she was bothered that I was in the room. After about 25 minutes, she charged over to me to ask what room I was staying in.. as if she assumed I had broken into the hotel to use my computer..

Johnathan and Judy were amazing! I am an extended stay here for work and they made my stay here very accommodating! I couldn’t ask for a better experience! I give 5 stars all around ?

Rooms: The rooms are kept clean and you can cook.
Walkability: You can walk to Sam's Club and buy your grocery's for a long stay or there are choices of Resturants and even a Bakery in walking distance.

We booked a room for 3 nights but got stuck overnight in a layover in Dallas due to a storm. I called the hotel and let them know that we would not be able to check in on the first day but that we would be there the following afternoon. They said they would take care of it. They then cancelled our reservation without notice and as of yet have only offered a partial refund. When attempting to rebook for the same nights, their rates suddenly skyrocketed and they refused to honor the former rate. The receptionist continually had to call her manager and blame "the system" for our woes and did not offer an apology because she had no idea how to handle this situation. Not only will I never stay in this hotel again, I don't think I will ever attempt to stay in another Marriott because this was such a terrible experience.

Residence Inn by Marriott Harlingen delivered on all expectations! Clean and well maintained rooms made for a good nights sleep and and ample well lit work space made planning and check listing a breeze! I especially enjoyed the garden court fire pit where guests mingle over a beverage and a smoking area for convenient for an after dinner cigar.

Fabulous staff. Very friendly. Clean and comfy room. Breakfast was also good. Excellent location. Close to shopping and restaurants.

It is very cleans and spacious! Our room came with a small kitchen. I would stay there again if I came back to this town.
