That store lady cashier clerk is something else, ive asked an additional plastic bag to put a metal cooking pan to separate it from my wifes clothes and she said “oh thats why i put the pan together with the clothes” i told her we need a plastic bag to separate it so it wont get any dust and stain but she still said no Its embarrasing for an employee not to provide a plastic bag for her customer, this is the first time a cashier on a store got greedy on a simple plastic bag

People who shop here act like it's closing down and everything is free merchandise all over the floors. Tragic

Pleasant but disorganized. BUT more recently Ross management has ordered their cashiers ro perform an unsafe and invasion of privacy action: while you're next in line they signal you to come up even while the previous customer hasn't finished their payment transaction. Then while you're about to pay they tell the next customer to unload their stuff, right next to you while you're getting ready to pay. This is grounds for a class action lawsiit when people start to get scammed by fraudsters pretending to buy because they caught on to the Ross' loose security practices. Ross puts sales and profits before customer safety. We do not move fwd nor allow those behind us to unload until we're completely done. We told the cashier each time we've gone to pay and their response is exactly the same each time: they're under orders to do that. We tell them that we do not care about this order, security first. GREEDY MANAGEMENT HERE ONLY CARES FOR GAINS AT THEIR THEIR CUSTOMERS EXPENSE
