My mom had a 2:30pm appointment, she got there at 2:20pm and patiently waited in the waiting room/area on a couch. Nobody greeted her, introduced themselves, asked if she had an appointment, absolutely nothing. 2:35pm my mom has to get up and go look for a stylist to see if she can get some assistance. They THEN sit her down, and the stylist leaves to wash her hands. 10 mins have past and by this time it’s 2:45pm, nothings been started on her hair, my moms just sitting there waiting, and the stylist could be heard talking with another stylist in the distance. My mom then gets up, and begins to walk out. She then gets chased outside with apologies and to go back inside. My mom said it was fine and ended up leaving. 25 mins past her appointment time and nothing was done. Not even a hi, welcome, we’ll be right with you, nothing. Poor customer service, no communication with client, and unprofessional.
