“I reserved a unit online and Jose, the property manager checked in via phone within 10 minutes, ready to answer any questions. He offered a tour first to make sure that the unit would be right for us before we committed. Jose was super friendly showing us around the unit. We reserved as well as another one when we mentioned interest in a climate controlled one as well. He was also super no-pressure when we told him he wanted to check out a unit at another place first. We decided on doing a unit here because they are very clean and the unit that we were looking at was very close to the door. Filling out the paperwork was very quick and easy, and Jose made sure that we were informed of everything that we needed to know. He also gave us the information for an app to do a remote unlock of the gate and let us know how to set it up. I could not ask for a better experience, and the unit itself was great! I feel very confident my stuff is safe. Very highly recommended!”
