Horrible place with questionable sanitation. I have literally seen girls come in without any makeup, spend 10 minutes using tester after tester to do an entire face of makeup. Their testers are so gross and unsanitary. Second, I have purchased foundation from this location twice and both times the foundations have been previously used. It is not my job as a patron of a location to ensure the product is untouched, unused, and not have been tampered with. That is what they pay their employees for! I have had to return their products so many times because of this. I refuse to shop here anymore. By far the most unsanitary Sephora locations I have ever been to!

Don’t come here all they do is follow customers around profiling them. Every time i come i have multiple employees following me around the store without offering assistance. Feels like it’s a Kohl’s thing since i’ve never experienced this elsewhere.. I spend a lot of money at Sephora but i’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

Walked in at 7:15 and it felt like the staff was only tying to rush me out before eight. I was there for two items. In a span of ten minutes I was asked if I needed help and l reminded that their closing time was at eight. It didn’t feel like they were genuinely trying to help and more like just trying to get me out of the store.

What a disappointment. It wasn't busy at all and they had several employees. I looked around for a bit and clearly needed assistance as did other people walking in. The employees seemed like they could care less about being there. No greeting, no care about helping. They were out of stock of alot of items and some areas were very messy. No thanks. Just go next door where they will clearly assist you and be happy doing so.

I really had a very bad experience here when I purchased the Sephora sampler bag at that time the cologne that I wanted was out of stock I had to wait for several weeks in order for the cologne to arrive to pick it up finally today on Friday Dec,1,2023 the cologne arrived as soon as I tried redeeming my coupon for the cologne the scanner wasn't reading it properly and this employee named Patty kept on telling me that the cologne wasn't the exact size which there really isn't a smaller size for the cologne it's the exact same size that they currently have in stock she told me to call on phone which I get the same results over and over again that they'll restock this Tuesday or Friday I did say I was going to write a review here it is don't get fooled on buying the Sephora sampler bag for the holidays you'll probably get the run around like me, an L for Sephora and Kohl's in harlingen a big W for Ulta, 🔥💯

Very attentive, excellent customer service, several sale items. I needed help with dry, sensitive skin but wasn't sure if products would work for me so the sales person gave me two samples to try out. Excellent, excellent, excellent. I should have gotten her name.
