Every years the rates are increased by 20 to 30 %. There are no improvements. The gate to Rangerville Road hasn't been working still Move-It buy it from Storage Depot. No justification for the high rate increase.

Moving from Dallas needed a storage and my first stop was uhaul but they are completely booked so I came across Move it Storage and the worst experience ever!!! I reserve my unit just to show up and they left for the day I guess left no note or anything and the business hours said they close at 6 pm and I showed up at 530 pm I mean 30 mins nobody was in office lights turned off smh ?♀️

Nice clean and easy to get into your storage. Love the starting price for renting but as soon as the trial months are over price for rental storage goes ridiculously goes HIGH!!! They need to work on keeping customers by not breaking the customers wallet.

I would recommend getting the climate control storage units. I did not and after a year of getting my stuff out the storage it was filthy.

Move It Storage is in a great location for us. Jeremy was great to work with. He showed us multiple options. In the end we went with a larger climate controlled unit. The units are really tall! So get those shelves ready. Thanks for making this an easy process. Moving to a new city is a big deal so it's great when there are people and places that make it easy.
