Norma is the best barber in the RGV. After having so many other places cut my hair poorly, im glad i finally found a great barber. Im starting to get bald, and Norma cuts my hair in a way that blends in with my bald spot. This was my second time getting my haircut with Norma, and it definitely wont be my last. Thank you!
