I am very grateful I chose Trinity to perform my Father's Funeral and burial service. Lenny is a very calming man, quietly kept notes on everything I told him. He remembered things I didn't even remember telling him! The chapel is beautiful, and there weren't any surprises or hidden costs at the end. Trinity runs an honest small business in the Harlingen community, one I appreciate during a very difficult time.

Horrible!!!The fact that my father has been without a headstone for 7 months simply because it was forgotten to be ordered by the person who was supposedly taking care of it got “busy”. Is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The fact that the order was then placed by my family member today and told it would only take a month was upsetting. So my father has been without a headstone for 7 months for something that only takes a month to arrive. Irresponsible on their part and to be honest unforgivable!!!!

I highly recommend Trinity in your time of need. Freddy and Lenny were so compassionate and kind. I had technical difficulties while setting up a Facebook Live session with our pastor that couldn’t make it to the service but whom we wanted to officiate. Jessica stepped in immediately and got us going! The entire staff was amazing! We appreciate them so much!

Most disorganized and shady funeral home. Do not take your loved ones here unless you want to deal with problem after problem. Do not believe it when they say this is free and that is free. It is not. Please those of you who have older parents and think they have prepaid for funeral arrangements check the paperwork and take it to Rudy Garza or any other funeral home or trusted person so they can look it over and explain it to you.

The compassion and patience shown by Mr. Elizondo and his son were so appreciated. We had some special needs for our brother's funeral and they were so helpful and accommodating. Can't begin to say how happy we were with the services provided by the staff at this funeral home.

NOT enough parking plus NO HANDICAPPED.In the building was NOT handicapped friendly.NOT older people friendly at allOlder people expected to climb steep stairs.Visitors had to take the cargo elevator which had NO lights!Not enough seating.They expected the older people to stand up for the entire service.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
