Sorry but not going there again. Got a pedi and got my skin/nail pulled and now I have a sore big toe. They need to take sanitation a little more seriously when it comes to pedis & not reuse items that should be tossed after 1st use. Along with learning how to do a pedi properly. My toenails are sharp from them not filing down. She got nail color on my skin and proceeded to use the file machine to get it off. It was just a painful experience.

They should hire younger women here. The old ladies are too rough and have no idea how to do nail art. I’m sorry to say but it’s true. The lady doing my nails cut me three times for a simple manicure and the flower she SAID SHE COULD DO is a joke

My girlfriend and I went in for the first time, the salon was clean and had fast service. Keila did my gf nails and they came out really good. Would recommend 👍

I've been here a few times and each time was good. This last time I went in for a pedi and mani. She was rude and cut my cuticle to the point I bled on both hands and feet. She was rough even though I told her she cut me. My mani was so bad. Nails are crooked and not even the same size on both hands. Some are longer than others. Service has gone down hill. I wanted this to be my to go to place since I love that I can just walk in without an appointment. I will be looking elsewhere.

Always a great experience here for me. No need for an appointment if u happen to just need their full services or just a touch up,they truly mean "Walk In's Welcomed". Have been coming here for 3 yrs. and it's always been a good experience. They are professional and clean. They are also very personable and well mannered.

I got my nails and a pedicure done here a few months ago before I went to a trip out of state. I simply wanted all red acrylics and a basic pedicure. I had gone here before and I had always left happy, but the customer service was never great. As I walked in, I was quickly greeted by the lady at the front desk and soon after, she started on my nails. Her station was in the corner of the salon, away from everyone else's which I thought was weird. From her attitude, I could tell that she did not want to be doing my nails. Because of this, we sat there without conversation for most of the time. Eventually, we got to talking about work and she told me about how much she hated her job. She talked horribly about the management and her co-workers. This was a huge red flag and made me extremely uncomfortable. It gets worse. As she did my nails, she did not shape them until after she applied the acrylic. She applied acrylic to ragged nails which caused great pain on my fingers. This was a horrible idea because she filed one of the nails too short. To fix this, she applied another nail on top of the nail that was there already. Still, she filed it too short, and now it was stubby. I was extremely unhappy with my nails, and I wanted to get up and leave. The lady sat there doing my nails and huffed and puffed about it. Eventually, I go to the back and tell the other ladies about how I would like for all my nails to be symmetrical and fixed etc. One lady gets up to fix them and it takes her less than 2 minutes and it had taken the first lady close to 2 hours to only shape them. I was super unpleased with the service from the first lady. Then, the first lady applies the polish and without asking me, she uses gel polish which I don't find out about until I am paying at the end. As I pay, this lady tried to charge me $40 more than the correct price of my services. I informed her of this and had to do the math on my own in the end. Overall, horrible experience and will never go back.

Got my nails done for Valentine's Day and a photo shoot I'm having and just loved them. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and it was really nice as they had some nice relaxing music. Thank you Gracie for my awesome nails.

GABBY IS THE BEST.! I went to lots of other salons. I finally found the Tech that takes care of My NAILS. I am a nail bitter and my nails are very thin. It's not easy to find a Tech that considers the fact of pain when they're doing your nails.
