I used to come here a lot when I lived in San Benito, and I prefer it over the Brownsville ulta 100%. I’ve always gotten really good haircuts here, perms, and I’ve never had bad service. I was helped out by a very sweet cashier today named Adriana. It was my first time exchanging a product and she was so kind and patient. All of the other staff were super attentive, and they’re very good at helping you find what you need. I think it’s a beautiful store with a great variety, I’d definitely come here over Sephora!

Booked an appointment for eyebrow tinting and wax I was called the day of the appointment and told they cannot do it No explanation, no apology, nothing Very unprofessional 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Scheduled an appointment for a trim with layers and I am so happy with my haircut! I recommend the treatment they offer, look at the difference in my hair! There’s no hair dye, this is just from their hair treatment. 10/10

I was just reading ULTA reviews on their website, and Ulta states that by entering the phone number linked with the rewards, customers can get one free sample a week -NOT!!!
I have been Ulta Customer for way over 10 years, spending $900 to $1000. a year on their beauty and hair services, and never have I gotten one small sample.
I do not feel that Ulta truly appreciates their long time or short term customers, and if they intend on keeping their long time customer base,those employees need more advanced customer service training!

Did not like the service. Staff has always been nice but today I had to work with the manager and he had an ugly attitude. He was speaking rudely to the girl that requested his assistance and I felt bad. I didn’t know if it was me that got him upset since I needed to exchange something or the cashier trying to explain him the situation but he was not even trying to understand. Besides who can think straight when you are rolling your eyes and talking ugly. But either way he was not doing anything out of his job duties I don’t understand why the bad attitude. And if you see this you look stuck up work on your manners and way of speaking to your employees and customers. I myself am a supervisor and seems it’s not the job you like sir.

Love the immediate assistance as I walk in. Everyone seems so willing to help and even though they didn't have what I was looking for, i was given options. Long line.. of course they do. It's a big store but it moved pretty fast. I will definitely be coming here from now on. Keep it up!

Customer service is horrible at this location. I gave my items to cashier Vicente and at the end of the transaction I told the gentleman it didn’t take my coupon I had for $3.50. I then showed him on my phone. He stated you can use it on another transaction. I would have to delete everything. I said can we do it now. He gave me such an ugly look. I said it’s ok don’t worry. How sad that we have people like this one person not going that extra mile to keep a customer happy sad but true. This isn’t the first time here. I’ve gone and asked for help they seem like you bother them. Need to go back to training for customer service. Date 5-7-24 cashier Vicente trans 8913 6:47pm.
