Make Shure. To go after 3:30 p.m . They don't take anything for shipping before that time?? Maybe because its shipping time!!!! Fast customer service. My pckg.got there In 4 days to California from the Grand Rio valley!

Have had multiple packages shipped to my address from other carriers , fedex , Amazon and they always find my address but UPS NEVER does I have to drive 20 mins all the time to get my packages!!! I even tried to have it mailed to my in laws down the street from me …. Well what do you know they didn’t locate address either ! Do better UPS do better !?

They claim to have lost my package. That's never happened until I ordered something expensive. It was on track until arriving on site in Harlingen. I had to contact Apple to file an investigation report. The staff is corrupt, audit needs to be done to prevent further "losses".

Packaged overnighted supposed to be delivered today driver said I refused the package and sent it back to the company, no driver came to our home to even try and deliver, I am very upset, this was a gift from my sister, first pkg was damaged and now this pkg, the driver lied about trying to deliver. Very disturbing when Amazon packaged arrive here 2 or 3 times a week, I want this pkg delivered to me not sent back, at least FedEx calls if there is a problem with delivery!

Just a horrible experience. Package arrived their facility Thursday at 3 am so I try to pick it up myself at 3:30 pm when they open due to them always having delivery inconveniences and they deny giving me my package because it’s set to be delivered Friday. Okay fine , Friday comes along and ofc just as expected my package doesn’t arrive even though it was “on its way”. Now it added 5days to my estimated delivery . Make that make sense . Have never had an issue with any other shipping company other than UPS. This package is expensive and I try to make their job easier by picking it up but no . Always messing everyone’s delivery up.(I should’ve checked their reviews before using this facility’s service)

Unusual hours.No wheelchair access parking.I couldn't ship a box of bicycle parts for reasonable rate. I could have shipped it from China to anywhere in the world for 20 bucks. Go figure

Every week (4 total ) they loose a package of mine or said they need additional information for my address. FedEx and USPS have no issues finding the address and I have to call 3 times for each package for them to get it right. Unbelievable

Delivery drivers just dump your packages anywhere without caring if it's a expensive package and when you tell them, they claim it's not their fault. Disappointed.

I don’t have an issue with the people who work here.My complaint is mainly about the parking. There is none. It’s the most unorganized parking lot I’ve ever seen.My second complaint is just that I wouldn’t of had to be here if ups was able to deliver my package. They said that they couldn’t find the address. However, every other place I’ve ordered from has had no issues finding and delivering packages/mail.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. This has nothing to do with the customer service this has to do with employment. I was supposedly hired by ups expecting to come on board as a personal vehicle delivery driver. I showed up to work yesterday after being told by recruitment that I would be starting at this location in Harlingen. I get told to meet with the management and right away he tells me to leave and that he doesn't have any room for more drivers pretty much disregarding me like I was nothing. I always heard good things about working for UPS but the way I was treated was very unprofessional and discourteous. I hope something gets done over this person's actions.
