i opened my mail box almost when the opened the store, and after several years they came up with the idea of "remodeling" and never wanted to charge me for the following year, and then after calling for months they ended up saying they're not gonna renew my mail box and 3 package got lost due to this

The last driver to deliver on 02/23/24 was horrible. Lied to me and I had to go find my package on my own. He was the sorriest UPS driver I've ever encountered in 22+years.

My parents shipped Christmas gifts from this location that included money. Package had been opened and all money removed from gift. Over $350 worth of gifts for my family, stolen. This store - not UPS - has an issue. When they spoke to the manager, he talked them through HOW to report the items as missing- but instead reporting them as lost or damaged, (not tampered with) so UPS would be more likely to pay the insurance claim. I am fairly certain, though, this is him “working the system” so UPS higher up management would not realize that packages are being messed with but it looks like a case of standard missing or damaged packages. After speaking with an acquaintance who works for UPS, the packages would HAVE to be tampered with at the store level because once they hit the truck, they never stop moving and are always where someone can see them; plus, drivers don’t have time to mess with searching packages for goodies. Shame on this awful store. Corporate should absolutely read the reviews of this store and see how many people are reporting items missing from things shipped using this store. There is someone inside with sticky fingers and a strong understanding of the system who is using that knowledge for personal gain. Probably the manager. Likely the person who will respond to this message apologizing for our experience and offering to assist, knowing darn well what actually happened.

Horrible, we sent out our Christmas gifts that were gift cards and NO gift cards arrived at destination only the Christmas cards, so broken hearted I cannot afford to resend, do not send gift cards

Probably the worst UPS store and UPS experience I have ever had is with anything delivered through this store. Shipments delayed frequently. Items arrive at this store and take an extra day to get delivered because of this store. Item just sitting there. They have a tendency not to scan the items in in a timely fashion and I have even had items delivered to the wrong location entirely. Like to a city/town 20 minutes from where it should have been delivered and it went through this store in my own town. Whoever owns this location need to get a grip on it.

Make sure you call if it's with Amazon Returns, I drove all the way from Rio hondo only to get there park and she puts a 1st grade sign saying no amazon returns, I walked in and asked where else can I return this? This dimwitted sea cow tells me go to brownsville or Weslaco no apologizes, yeah in this weather ???

BEWARE. DONT BOTHER STOPPING! MANAGER "AUGUSTINE", will not take into account their FAILURE to SEND OUT your OVERNIGHT mail, etc; after Paying HIGH $, CAUSING YOU DELIVERY DELAYS and MORE HEARTACHE with NO REFUND nor OWNING THEIR OWN FAULTS! The Clerk with the PUERTO RICAN accent SCREWED UP, What was Supposed to be an Overnight delivery turned out be a 4 Day delivery even though PAID FULL PRICE for Overnight delivery. The Manager has no means to do right by the customer. NO HONORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS HERE, SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! POORLY RUN UPS STORE in Harlingen!

They lost a valuable document that I mailed by UPS Ground in May. Since then I have visited the store and made many, many phone calls (several of which went unanswered). Finally, just now, I was told that since I no longer have the receipt (even though I do have the tracking number), they will not even refund the $14 I spent to ship the document, much less the $100 maximum that they supposedly refund for lost packages.Sloppy, unethical service. I doubt that it will do any good, but I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which, by the way, gives this store a grade of D+).Spend the extra money and ship with USPS of FedEx. Slightly cheaper prices don't mean much when they toss your package in the trash.

I don’t know why are rating this store so badly. I have nothing but great service from them every time I have come in. Especially Karina she is always pleasant and very helpful.
