If you’re a realtor, don’t bother coming here to ask general questions for your client’s. You will be gatekept from acquiring general information unless you’re the applicant. Asking general questions about “What would be the general mandatory requirements?” Should not be a reason to not meet with a Loan officer. This will not bring business your way with this gate keeping.

Have been banking there for at least 30 years ,they are the Best from the tellers to the Banking personal . Would highly recommend them .

Yes, this bank closes on holidays, (like all banks) and yes, the lobby was by appointment only during covid but you could always use the drive through. The branch is now fully open. As for customer service, as others have complained, they are very straight forward and honest with you. So relax, calm down and maybe being irate isn't they best way to treat others.

Horrible customer service ! Rude from the tellers to the personal bankers! They really need to change their slogan from “helping people” trust me even for a customer of 10 years with my car loan and personal loan they still treat me like nothing! Go with a REAL bank someone who will really help you not this shady credit union! Beware
