“Customer service was awesome. I’m a beginner at vaping and Honario,(sorry if I butchered it) was great and took his time to explain their flavors , helped me with my smok 22 problems and gave me solutions to them. He even helped me figure out what my new flavor should be based on what I like and helped me clean the glass and assemble my new coil in my vape. I went to a couple other shops in the area that are comparable but will be returning here just based on the customer service experience. My only “complaint” I have was the juice flavor, while good, was a bit light. It’s a great custom juice, I just wish it had a bit more of the flavor. I am gonna let it steep for a few days to see if that helps.”
