“Customer service was awesome. I’m a beginner at vaping and Honario,(sorry if I butchered it) was great and took his time to explain their flavors , helped me with my smok 22 problems and gave me solutions to them. He even helped me figure out what my new flavor should be based on what I like and helped me clean the glass and assemble my new coil in my vape. I went to a couple other shops in the area that are comparable but will be returning here just based on the customer service experience. My only “complaint” I have was the juice flavor, while good, was a bit light. It’s a great custom juice, I just wish it had a bit more of the flavor. I am gonna let it steep for a few days to see if that helps.”

“Swung by Vape City last night and the whole vibe was next level. Mauro was chill, super helpful, and made the whole thing feel like catching up with a homie. I had some points saved up and figured I’d finally cash ‘em in and man, I scored the sickest stoner setup. From the gear to the energy, everything just hit right. Big shoutout to Mauro for making the experience a whole vibe.”

“Hot Texas vapors is my go-to vape stop. I've been a customer for a while now. I don't make it there often because I live far away but I went today and the guy who had previously sold me three of my now favorite vapes. Recommended a new vape juice. And I love it. Love their customer service. They're very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.”
