If you have Verizon in the valley, then you already know the service is terrible. It’s a shame that the customer service here has to be also. Employees are solely interested in getting their commission and nothing else. Nearly every experience here has been a negative one. Employees are rude, incompetent, and will tell you pretty much anything to get you to buy terrible products so they can get their cut. Only had Verizon in the first place because I moved here from out of state where they have more than one tower. Don’t bother with the service or this awful location.

Our upgrade was a huge problem due to a system glitch. As a result we spent several hours at the Verizon store in Harlingen TX. During that time our rep (Juan) tried every conceivable path to make our upgrade to new iPhones and an iPad work. The system glitch occurred in the middle of the process so our account froze. Juan sought help from other associates and was patient with corporate tech support (more than I would be) and eventually got all devices upgraded and on a new plan. While we were there (again it unfortunately took several hours) we witnessed the other staff (particularly Jesse) work with numerous customers. He was extremely friendly and patient with customers who had a wide variety of issues including quite a few who came in struggling with basic phone operations and app specific questions. I hope to not have to return with issues or an upgrade anytime soon but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store. Thank you Juan and Jesse!

Brando is the best! He worked with me and helped me argue with Verizon customer service- got me a refund! I've been to this store before and all the employees seem great - they definitely go above and beyond. This place is why I have not already found a new cell service provider.
