Horrible tellers I would not go back to this place, they didn’t have people and still a teller(female) was not able to add my spouse into an account. Apparently customer service to the client is not their forte!

Horrible establishment. If you’re not waiting in line for what seems hours to ask a simple question, giving them a phone call is just as worse because no one bothers to answer.

Lesley Saenz went above and beyond today in the customer service department. Spent over an hour with me trying to figure out a problem Citibank had caused. After numerous calls, and being put on hold more times than I care to think about, she had the problem solved. Didn't have to, she could've passed it off to someone else and sent me on my way. But bc she was so amazing, it was taken care of today! Praise the LORD! Thank u Lesley. You were the real Rockstar today?❤️

Wells Fargo, do better.Your tellers are rude and dismissed me very rudely. Said she couldn’t get me to see a banker, but a new client walked in after me wanting to open a new bank account and gladly assisted him.Bank closes at 5 pm, I went in at 4:15 pm and they said they couldn’t take anymore clients.

I love all the precious people at Wells Fargo Bank they are the very Best forever, I plan on continuing doing business with Wells Fargo Bank and they treat me great, I recommend people keep their money in Wells Fargo Banks.

Why does Wells Fargo still work under pandemic hours?? Open at 9 after everyone is at work already and closes before everyone gets out. Beyond ridiculous. Go back to normal hours please.

Horrible service, the teller was to busy carrying a conversation with another teller. With her being distracted she deposited my check into someone else account. I had to close my account afterwards because the manger at the bank gave me a credit. After the credit he told me I was able to withdraw my money from my account and somehow I ended up being negative of the amount I took from my account. Never again! I questioned why it was negative and they just told me to make sure I make a deposit so I’m not negative and that they would waive the overdraft fee. I shouldn’t have to deposit what I took from my account if it’s my money. Now if the bank teller hadn’t been carrying a side conversation she would’ve deposited my check into my account and not someone else. The only communication I got from the teller was Hello and Thank you. Just an overall horrible experience.

So an insurance check with my name and the bank requires an endorsement from them in order cash it. I have 2 accounts there....however was still charged almost 10 dollars. I complained because the check has the payee as the bank itself... all I got was sorry. This is deplorable. If anything I would have understood if the bank waived half and I paid half.This is unacceptable.May 13th, 2021. I received an email stating that the fee is charged to Wells Fargo non customers and additionally I did not have a deposit account. So although having a Wells Fargo mortgage you are not considered as having an acoount...foolishness!

Worst customer service ever workers from the drive thru are always so rude!! They never want to cash my business checks but yet i go to another wells fargo in Brownsville and they gladly do it. Im never coming back to this establishment. You really need to show them some customer service

There ATM machine glitched and kept my money i tried going in side to see if they could help me out and they refused to help because the ATM supposably doesn’t belong to them. She gave me a 1-800 number and now its going to take 10 business days till they service the ATM and look back at cameras to discuss how to resolve the situation. So now I have to figure out how to survive and pay my bills with out my money that I was depending on. I’m upset that they couldn’t even try to help me out besides telling me to call because they were to busy and don’t look after ATM

Horrible customer service!! I was waiting five minutes outside waiting for someone to let me in for my appointment, and a very rude employee comes to tell me she cannot let me in because I was late. There were no cars in the parking lot and she consistently told me they were too busy for us. I was unable to catch her name, all I really remember is a green yoda face mask. You guys would think that after having 6 bad reviews on customer service you all would try to fix that! You guys just lost a 10 year customer!!
