“While our travels from So California to New Braunfels Texas my wife and I went through Harper Texas my air alert on my dash came on and my right front tire needed air. As we were passing Jake's I noticed they were still open. I made a U-turn and drive right in. When I went inside I explained to Jason my situation and told him I would gladly pay to have air out in my tire. Jason said "No you don't need to do that" he instructed me to pull my car around and he would fill my tire with air. Because of our timing and it was closing time for him he did say I probably had a slow leak, I didn't want to take up his time and he would have checked it out if I had ask. He customer service was outstanding and with out hesitation he helped a person out. Thank you Jason my wife and I appreciate your help and kindness. This man knows his value of his job in helping others.”
