Told us to come from Abilene for a 26 ft truck and not to be late or they’ll move on. But gave our reserved truck to someone that was late and left us without one. Thanks!

EDIT: This was a 3* but I am changing it to 5* because of how helpful, courtiers, and friendly the employees were. It was 3 due to their online issues which is more corporates fault than this location. Don't use the website for mobile pickup. I used the website and on the day of my move it showed I had never made a reservation. Had to call their main number and the reservation was in the system, just did not display on the website. Turned my wife into a nervous wreck for about an hour.
