Needed to go back a couple of times with new serviceVerizon has switched to an e-sim. My Sim card was activated, which caused conflicts.When they figure that out, no problems.

This was the first time I had paid my payment in store so I wasn't in the system for the store yet. lt gets better. My son's number was the old main number. Just this morning he decided to separate his line from ours. Now the account is in my name under my number. It had the entire system messed up. Crystal and the other associate handled it with a smile and joking. I appreciate people like that. I'll visit that store every time.

The service there was excellent. In that regards I cannot complain. However, the set price for plans that Verizon implements borderline the ridiculous. With Metro I paid $90 a month for two lines unlimited data and 15 gigs of hotspot data. With Verizon I am paying $80 a month for one line unlimited data and five gigabytes of hotspot data.

Recently moved back to the area and decided to switch to Verizon of course I had to have a difficult phone to activate after 3 hours of trying the representative got it to activate she is amazing highly recommend going to cellonly and seeing melissa "Monica" if you ask the corporate folks lol thanks again Melissa your awesome ?

The best Customer service everytime I go there.crystal has been my rep almost every time I go there(lost phone,upgrade etc).she is amazing, I asked her if she went to school for this because she was so amazing at what she showed me, (I am 68 years old),she is very patient with all the customers who come in who can be quite demanding at times. She is a valuable employee, thanks Crystal.
