Seems like it’s never cleaned. Garbages always full. Paper towels dispensers and disinfectant seems to constantly be low or empty. The parking lot is pitch black,, needs lighting.

This is literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. My husband and I have Been trying to cancel our membership since 7/29! No one is staffed at the location and no one ever answers the phone and there is no alternate phone number. If someone from their corporate office could contact me so we can tend to this matter that would be great!
I will NOT recommend this gym to ANYONE! It is quite possibly the worst!

Can't even get ahold of anyone to give them my money to join.
Management is not present during the posted staffed hours. Nobody answers the phone or follows up on online inquiries. I did a trial for 1 day that I got to use it that someone was there and the gym was out of paper towels. If you can't get them from your vendor, run to the dollar store and get some or something for sanitary purposes. Seems to have poor leadership at this location and that is causing them to miss the mark and miss out on membership growth.

Hey Anytime Fitness, I have 6 months left on my contract and for $50 a month, I can't take getting duked out anymore. I understand the same person owns both Saginaw and Haslet, and it makes sense. 2 of the dirtiest Anytime Fitnesses in DFW. Take a cue from Keller and Roanoke. Twice the Haslet location has been without paper towels and wipes for more than a couple of days. Don't worry, they have a SORRY FOR THE CONVIENENCE sign hanging up. All good. Saginaw is just as bad except some of their cardio equipment is either outdated extremely, or just doesnt work. Bathrooms smell of mold and even around the cardio because they didnt put tile down. So everybody sweats onto the carpet.
LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Planet Fitness are all half the price, more equipment and if I lived near one, I'd go there.
Haslet even has a sign in the bathroom that says, "REAL MEN CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES" but yet this place can't keep paper towels in stock. Disgusting.

How is an Anytime Fitness closed at 7pm everyday? It says "Anytime" in the name. I was going to start for free then saw that since this is closest an indeed bot open Anytime like the other locations it has, I guess I will just be sticking to Planet Fitness. Thanks anyways I guess.

Management posts shady signs about keeping clean when they do the bare minimum to maintain a well- equipped gym. Several unclean and dusty machines/bathrooms. I hate to leave this review on a gym that has potential. But, i’m not paying $58 monthly for an unsanitary gym that is led by ineffective management.

Poorly maintained. Several pieces of equipment are in poor working order, ab machine the seat falls off, the jump ropes are broken, one of the ellipticals shuts down randomly during use or goes down in resistance while the user is flipping the switch to go up... Etc etc. Poor facilities maintenance as well. Roughly once per week the TP in the bathrooms is out completely. Just a quick glance before leaving and replacing one of the 6 spaces for rolls would help.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager at this location is very unreliable and almost impossible to get in contact with. I do not even live in the area anymore and am still being forced to fork out $28 every two weeks because they refused to work something out to where I could cancel my membership. Never have I EVER come across a gym who wouldn’t allow me to cancel my membership any time. Especially if I’m not even in the area. I’d understand if I still lived out here, but I don’t.The gym itself was well taken care of, but the management needs some reevaluating. Very disappointed. And now broke.

Manager is very unreliable and unresponsive. Called multiple times regarding my membership, requested a copy of my agreement and was never emailed one, turned in a doctors note requiring cancellation of my membership and was still charged. Bad business management and practices.
