I'm sorry that I can't remember the employee name but, he resolved all my issues, Facebook's annoying sound when updates from my friends posts, fixed all my spam calls, such a relief and when I answered a call I had a pop-up on the right side of my screen, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Kimberly was very informative and helpful. She answered all our questions and gave us information for next time we have an issue. Very pleased with this store. Always good to know that customer satisfaction is still practiced, I prefer to come here than to call ATT.

We had a great experience at AT&T today. It was a little time consuming but when you want things done right that’s just what you got to do. We had Sidney help us with transferring 2 lines and getting a new iPad add to our plan. She was extremely kind, educated and very fun to talk with. She took the time with us to do a phone transfer. Wrapping up the end we did get additional assistance from William to close out and get out the door. Great experience thank you guys so much for your great service today!

The worst experience. I have visited this store three times and the agents do not want to help under no circumstances. They don’t greet you and they act as racist. I will never go back to this store and I’m having second thoughts about ATT period. I am a loyal customer with 10 lines. This store is awful

Hector was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the new iPhone I wanted. The store just didn’t have it in stock so I had to order it to be shipped to me.

I went to the store for help. I signed up for AT&T at my home with an in home sales rep. She ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! I was having billing issues and she ghosted me,, NEVER called me back. I went to the store and the young man that helped me was Awesome!!! Do NOT use a in home sales rep,,, go to the store.
