if i could rate my experience at this location no stars i would, very unprofessional. nathan told me he didn’t care what i was told when i tried to ask a question and was very unhelpful. ignored me for a while when i first walked in. was not welcoming. very disappointed.

With all the cutthroat telephone companies out there, AT&T is a jewel. Fab customer service, and products. You can find cheaper, but without the quality they offer, especially since a cell phone is soo necessary, been with them for 30+ years for a reason. Respectfully submitting, Dann

William, the rep, was courteous, polite and very patient with me. I'm the weakest link in technology. He explained everything to me as many times as I needed him to. I'm more than pleased with the service provided to me.

I was the only one when i arrived. So within 5 mins, my issue was resolved and i left. I was helped by Jeremiah. A big shout out to him for making the overall experience pleasant and easy.

I was lucky enough to meet with a gentleman named Jeremiah who was extremely helpful with all of my needs and very patient with me with my question. I wish that you had more people like him in your store. It is a wonderful experience to go in and have someone that treat you with respect and is kind. Nathan and Jeremiah were great! The helped me out with my phone issues although I'm not a customer. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a new phone and service.

Purchased a $1500 iPad from this location for my business. Sales rep told me it was essentially a MacBook but I could use it anywhere because it has cellular (this was a lie). This iPad is very limited, it is just like any other ordinary iPad. It does not let me download my business tools, it must be an apple app. I tried to give it a try but unfortunately it will not work. I called to see if I could return this iPad and was told since it has been longer than 2 weeks since the purchase there is nothing they can do. They sold me and now I'm stuck with a $1500 iPad that I do not want and I still need to buy a new Macbook.

I recently had an issue with AT&T corporate that started in October 2022, and after 30+years of being with them I decided to close all of my services with them. I continued to try and resolve the issue with them, with no resolution. I went into the local store and the assistant manager Nate Brenner, spent the time and went beyond to insure my issue was resolved! I can not say enough about his level of knowledge and customer service skills! 10 stars! Thank you!

Have you ever imagined what it would be like to be invisible? Imagine no more. Visit this store. When you’re finally helped, you won’t be helped. They’ll send you to an offshore “customer care” rep who will send you back into the store again, where you’ll be ignored for a while and get a shoulder shrug because they have no idea what to do.

Hi, my name is Margaret Steiner. I tried contacting Customer service for a week straight and no one could help me. This store was the closest one to me so I stopped by and a guy name Jeremiah Hatchman cleared everything up for me. Now all of my services work perfectly and it only took him maybe a minute and a half to complete everything. Jeremiah you rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!
