I’m giving a 5 star review for several reasons 1. Great Customer Service2. Explained what your getting in detail3. Clean and safe4. Very helpful and someone is there all the time.5. On a very hot afternoon Me and my 14 year old grandson and 10 year old grandson decided to go through some boxes and I guess it was hotter day then usual. I passed out and was on the ground and the owner came to my rescue and gave me water to drink after my grandson picked me up. I then followed up with a doctor appointment and found out I have a heart blockage in one valve. The extreme hot weather and excessive sweating exerting myself with a heart condition over did it. I was very lucky that he was there. Very grateful for his kindness. That he helped in a huge way by letting me put my stuff that still scattered needed to be put back into my storage unit. But the owner was so kind to let my grandson use a second storage unit until we were able to return to remove it. My two grandson nor I couldn’t have restock all the stuff we had pulled out, and stack it back in high to the ceiling. Very grateful for his kindness .
