Jimmy and his team at Black Tie were awesome. We had some shingles blow off in a recent storm. Jimmy came out promptly, gave an honest and quick assessment of the damage (a minor repair - there was zero attempt to upsell or talk me into replacing more than was necessary) and he and his team completed the repairs same-day at a very reasonable price. Jimmy is clearly honest, reputable, and trustworthy. If you need to have your roof looked at or repaired/replaced, I couldn't recommend him strongly enough.

Quality and communication + respect from the crews. Very thankful for Black Tie as they ensure the entire process is smooth. You can tell the owner truly cares about the people who work for him plus the people his company serves.

Jimmy was excellent and extremely helpful through the whole process! I was a charge nurse in the recovery room until I had a stroke that had a devastating impact on my whole life. He took such good care of me and even walked me around the street so that I could see what a great job he did! He even walked me to the door afterwards so that he could make sure that I made it to the door safely! Who does that? Black Tie Roofing DOES They are HANDS DOWN the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Black Tie Roofing and Construction is an AMAZING company to work with. We had our roof replaced for the first time. Andy Russell was our go to guy for the entire project, very friendly, honest and straight up with each step from initial contact to the finish. Andy explained each step and sent us pictures of progress. 1000% would recommend Black Tie roofing and Construction. I even have handed out some business cards cause this company and Andy are amazing..

We had Black Tie install gutters for us. If there was a way for us to complicate the job that's what we did. These guys listened to us intently and did exactly what we asked. They were very professional and quick. Thank you, Black Tie!

Jimmy and his team are amazing! I originally contacted Jimmy on a whim from a random post I saw, and it ended up being a great decision. Jimmy helped me right from the start with understanding what my insurance will be doing as far as inspections and how the claim process works. He helped resolve issues with my adjuster to get them on board with the necessary replacement vs. just doing a repair job. He explained about the different types, brands, and colors of shingles we could select. Jimmy was very helpful and patient while we looked at other roof colors in the area that he recommended based on our neighborhood and our specific house colors and material. We finally scheduled the roof replacement and it was completed within the day! I was very impressed and pleased with their work. Jimmy went above and beyond what was needed to replace not only my house roof, but also the garage to match.I honestly can’t think of any negative issues we had during the process (other than dealing with my insurance people) and anything that came up, Jimmy handled almost immediately. As a person, Jimmy was such a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, to the point about how things work. He didn’t leave anything out and he was very easy to get ahold of for any questions I had.. such a great guy to work with overall. I just wanted to let you know about one of your employees. Last night about 10:00 my wife noticed the ceiling in the kitchen was leaking water after the storm. She called Jimmy Holloway to let him know so he could look at it tomorrow. He came over immediately and looked it the attic and on the roof to find the spot it was leaking. That meant the world to me and her since I work out of town. Jimmy is top notch when it comes to customer service.
