Just rented a unit today and it's the best so far. Ashley is really nice and helpful. It's cheap first month free and they still have us free locks . Plus 24 hr access. Love it thanks. So far best one I have rented .

We have rented at Blue Mound Storage in the past. First to store our furniture, while waiting to move into our house, and with two travel trailers. Circumstances changed and we did not need storage for 6 months, but when we needed it again, one call to Ashley was all it took. Thank you Ashley for your excellent customer service.

I recently sold my boat but have stored my boat since I bought it new in 2019 at 287 Blue Mound Self Storage and have zero regrets! Great place, safe, secure, outstanding service and friendly staff. If you need a safe and sound place to store your possessions, I highly recommend using 287 Blue Mound Self Storage!

Ashley was very responsive to any questions I had and also worked with me when my original space did not work out. Due to the length of my trailer and vehicle I have, it was challenging to get the trailer into my original space so she was able to move me immediately into a space that was a little easier to get into. I'm now saving over $150 a month from my previous covered storage that was only 10 miles away. Would recommend to others.

My experience was with Ashley. After many years of storage history with a string of facilities in the metroplex, I had been on the receiving end of property damages, broken agreements and whimsical rent rises and unauthorized account charges to my bank. As I reside overseas, recent hikes in rent again by one of the takeover billion dollar storage corp's put me to choose between once again flying to DFW to research and orchestrate another move or to try to do so by phone. Six weeks into phoning for new storage and movers, I took a last shot and reached Ashley at Bluemound 287. Prayers answered.
After I told her of my predicament and plans, Ashley seemed to step in with her suggestions of effective space, economic costs and accommodating logistics as if my problem became hers and she presented solutions before I could conceive them. As a true professional, Ashley intently listened to my questions & concerns from my distance and proved herself in her promises, where managers from other facilities were not accessible, were dismissive and rigid in corporate scripts. The result has been a better facility location, better security, better sizing, better management and better costs.
I finally look forward to this association with Ashley as her long-term tenant with confidence and security. To say that she is the exception is not high enough praise. My advice is to stay the hell away from the corporate marauders of the DFW storage market. Call Ashley with your situation. Her focus is your satisfaction.
