New customer here!I was a total pain in the butt new customer. I kept going back and forth on what size of unit I would need (over the span of a month) and I was so impressed with how patient Ashley the manager was showing me many units multiple times. She was incredibly accommodating. Long story short, turns out I didn’t measure as well as I thought -cue face palm - AFTER I moved into said unit - and amazingly Chuck showed me multiple possibilities, even measuring for me the units that would work best for my specific storage needs. I can’t believe they let me move to a different unit and it wasn’t a big issue at all.The staff at Blue Mound Storage have been wonderful. Now I’m moved into a unit that meets all my space limitations and I’m really thankful for how Ashley & Chuck have been so patient and professional with me through this process.I’ve met other storage space renters on this property and so far everyone seems great. The property is well maintained, clean, tidy and feels secure.I highly recommend this property and anticipate being a long time customer here!

From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by Ashley who quickly and efficiently signed me up and showed me two available units.I love the communication I receive, unlike my previous experience at Storage King USA.Blue Mound Self Storage has a secure location, friendly staff, 24/7 access AND security! I am very happy with my decision to switch to 287 Blue Mound Self Storage!

I had to take a few minutes to give credit where credit is due. Rarely do I have the pleasure to witness someone who takes ownership in their place of business, who obviously knows their product and can tailor it to customer's needs. Why not be the best at what you do for a living?There is such a person on the premises and you'll know her just as soon as you lay eyes on her.Ashley Oliphant manages the property. It's more sprawling complex than park with every conceivable means of space for rent. Whatever your needs you can take stock in the fact that she'll go above and beyond in order to have the privilege of your business. She "gets it."

I have 3 storage rooms here and never have a problem with anything. Staff is always very helpful with any problems. Even been provided help with there own truck to kove my things around.I would recommend this to any one who is looking for affordable space and just off the freeeway

I’ve been at this location for almost a year. Been using it as an automotive garage space. I’ve had no issues accessing the property, and the manager has been a complete blessing. Easy to work with, no contracts small enough that they are available whenever you need them. I’ll continue to do business with blue mound for all my storage/shop space needs.

The staff is so friendly& down to earth. I've never had any issues with theft. when I was hospitalized during covid , they worked with me. Thank you Blue Mound 287 storage!

My camper was broken into and most of my stuff was stolen without the facility noticing or contacting me for 3 Months despite all of my belongings being strung across the ground around it. My entire 4 wheeler (parked behind it) was also stolen. When asked how this was possible with cameras and security, I was told that, "they probably used an enclosed trailer."After alerting the staff to this break in, I was told that they had a string of break ins three Months prior but were told by FWPD not to tell the tenets. After speaking with a FWPD detective, he said this was not true and they should have contacted all tenets.Additionally, after further inspection, the burglars appear to have been staying INSIDE of my camper and using the stovetop (the plastic screws holding the glass were melted off).After asking for a refund for the Months that my camper was sitting, doors open, with my remaining belongings strung across the ground, I was told the manager would be consulted about it. (Surprise surprise, he declined to refund me but I was comped one future Month's rent).A few Months later I was alerted that the door glass had been broken into on my camper and it had been burgled again. At this point a refund was granted for two Months rent.When asked about the cameras that they said they would install after the initial break in, I was told that they were working on it and that the snowstorm has delayed installation. (The original break in happened in October).I have since moved to another storage unit.They have cameras now at the end of each unit but the lack of accountability from the owner and staff speaks volumes.The current security they have isn't because they took initiative and care about your valuables, it's because their hand was forced after multiple break ins.Go somewhere else with your belongings.*edited for spelling and punctuation

This place is great to park your truck or trailer if you’re in the Fort Worth/ Haslet area. The lot has lights and a gate. The staff is amazing, very respectful, and responsive.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! There is a string of break in's and you will lose your stuff and end up with a damaged camper! We lost our TV's, and gaming console. YOU WILL GET YOUR STUFF STOLEN! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

They'll promise you one thing, come up with excuses, then jack the prices up, and gaslight you. Won't follow original agreements. Very poor management. Moved to a different company.

The price for such a place is really good. The manager, Ashley is a busy one, but still has found a way to help me whenever something happens. Thanks Ashley As for the maintenance on property One of my dogs ate the left out rat poison that the maintenance man claims he picked up. He did not. $400 vet bill can prove this... The grass never seems to get mowed and/or the security lighting never seems to get fixed... I've even offered to help out around the property I like this place, but it needs a facelift so to speak....
