Wow! Discount Tire is the best! Especially the one in Haslet! Very friendly, kind, respectful and SO HELPFUL! It just makes your day to come in! I took one car in to get my tires rotated- got it done ASAP - I did make an appointment. Then, two days later I had a flat on another car- dropped it off and it was done before my appointment time!! So I was able to pick it up early! And guess what?? You’ll not believe this, I wasn’t charged AT ALL - for either service!!! Crazy huh?
I always have felt I was treated so very special there too…it really is an exceptional place, so thankful!

My low tire symbol came on. The tires were good. I had to replace the tire pressure sensor on one of my tires. Quick in and out. Very reasonable. And the employees are very nice and fully explained what was wrong and the fix to it.

Ordered my new tires, said 1 to 5 days. Got them on the truck installed in 3. Didn't even need an appointment. Was out the door after a little over an hour. Always good service

I made an appointment and purchased a new set of tires online. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The service rep was attentive, as well as the gentlemen changing the tires, ensuring my needs were met. Great customer service and efficiency.

I setup an appointment on their online services. Went early to beat the crowd. My car was in queue behind a few others and finished up in about 45 minutes. Excellent service!

Samuel was very helpful and got me out of there in no time. I didn’t have an appointment and was attended too. He heard my concerns and I will continue to drive a hour and 30 minutes out to visit this location as long as Samuel is here.
Update: they don’t check tires and leave you in a danger spot when traveling on the road. PLEASE BEWARE AND CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE.

I don’t usually got to big name stores likes this but needed to get my wife’s Bronco in. Made an appt and when I arrived I was immediately met by Spencer. Between the 2 I worked with Spencer and Nicholas, super helpful and very informative. Big shoutout to this place and those 2, very appreciative. Just got off a 24 hour shift so I hope I got the names right.
