Went in to pickup a few items, I see the 5 pack of Airwick scented oil were $7 with digital coupon, so I re-download the app because I previously deleted not being user friendly. So the gentleman at the register said oh those are no longer on sale but yet the sale tags are still up. Did not honor being that they DG still had sale tags out.

This store is crooked. They constantly have issues with the one working register in the store. I went into the store prior to work on 10/11/2024 to purchase something for lunch. Their register went out while I was making my transaction and the two ladies working that day made several attempts to reboot it, so I waited as long as I could. Without success they opened the black cabinet and turned off the whole system, stating it would take ten minutes to reboot, however I could no longer wait. They assured me that my transaction did not go through but if it did they would reverse the transaction. At that time I didn't take any of the items because I was under the impressionthat i didnt purchase them. To my suprise the next day when I checked my bank account the transaction of $11.10 did go through. So on my way to work that day I went into the store, showed them the transaction history on my phone and requested a refund. The two ladies where not there that day; however the two people working said they had to research the transaction and could not fix it at that time. I made another purchase with my hard earned money and went to work. The very next day I returned, on my way to work again but was informed they didn't see the transaction because the man gave the wrong date to the company they use. I then made another purchase for my lunch that day. Although the man on staff for the last two days saw that he gave the company the wrong date while doing the research he has yet to correct the error and refund my money. I work hard for my money and just like everyone else I don't have money to throw away. With all the money spent in this store you would think thy could get registers that work and when there is an error they should be swift to fix it. Everything I call the phone just rings and rings. I would like my money back now.

The sign on the door says that they close at 9:00 p.m. but I arrived at 8:45 and the doors were already locked. Pretty sure that corporate would not like hearing about that. But they will.

Was here to drop off fedex package multiple times, they just find some reason every single time to not accept it and also staff is very rude. Recommend avoiding if you’re dropping off something to save some time

I love the convenience of this location! Easy to run in and get back out for one or two items. I probably wouldn't make this my stop for restocking my pantry, the prices are a little higher than Walmart as you can probably guess. But I don't mind paying for convenience when I need it. The cashiers were friendly and the store is clean! Can't ask for anything more.
