My daughter went today and asked for 2 inches off of her hair and layers and they did a horrible job. They cut her long hair to her shoulders (way more than 2 inches) the sides aren’t even and the layers look horrible and aren’t blended in. I would never recommend them!!! The stylist was Julie.

This is the worst great clips yet I have been sting there for 30 minutes and they let 8 people go a head of me . Also the place dirty and every time they look at my name they give a weird look save u self time and go somewhere else vote with your money I'm happy they going out of business

I went in for a trim, layers and bangs. Asked for Shay since I loved how she did my husband's hair and I have never regretted a haircut this much before in my life. She did terrible I have a mushroom mullet thing going on and my bangs are way too short. I asked for a 2/3 inch trim and she took off more like 5/6 inches. I went in with long beautiful hair and came out looking like a member of the Mushroom Kingdom. Thank you Shay for fudging up my hair!

Manager Shay hung up on me after I called her expressing my frustration that the person who cut my son’s hair (above the eyebrows/school requirement) was incapable of following a simple direction. Turns out, it was Shay who did the terrible botch job on my son that I am now having to fix with kitchen. Refused to come back to the phone, give me the owner’s phone number, or issue refund. My son’s hair looked so bad that I am surprised that this is her profession.

Took my son up here this afternoon to get his hair cut and the lady named Julie did an awesome job and cutting his hair the way he wanted it! It’s been a while since we’ve found someone that is very good at haircuts on my boys. Thank you Julie so much for making him smile, he loves his new cut.

Was not happy I came in yes wanted a haircut and short but it ended up way shorter than I wanted ...then kept cutting it short because it wasnt even on both sides...then the style look like a plan cut and I had picture and didn't turn out like the picture at all and be mindful this picture was one of me ...I have a wedding event to go to and and now I don't know what to do or how to fix it....

Worst experience! Staff was very rude, especially the one with one side haircut a fat lady. She didn’t even used hair drier for my hair and didn’t washed my hair. Please don’t visit this place
