If you’re looking to pass vehicle state inspection with tinted windows this WAS where we went and where we recommended others. They failed me today due to window tint, although I went in with my windows down. Raising windows is not an inspection requirement. Funny enough they passed my husband’s just last month and last year they passed both of our vehicles which both have 5% tint. Tint laws are stupid anyway, but Texas will no longer require state inspections beginning January 2025. The whole process is a joke.

The "mechanics" are incompetent, and customer service is by far the worst I've experienced. I came in for an inspection, and they guy tells me in need to go to the DMV. However I say a previous comment state something about OSHA standards, I'll be filing a complaint against this establishment and I encourage you all to do the same. This place shouldn't be in business, and I aim to see that to fruition.

Took my vehicle here for state inspection. When I got there I had no one greet me at the shop and I walked to the “waiting area” and was passed by a worker who didn’t speak and then had to walk back to the shop as “waiting area” was empty and the same man who passed me was waiting. I told him I needed an inspection and handed my phone for the insurance, he was home his phone watching something on it the entire time.
He told me the truck wouldn’t pass inspection with a crack being in the windshield, I said good to know and left. Turns out according to DPS website windshields are not an item that is considered for inspection, unless it impedes my vision (same thing you can get a ticket for). I called and explained this to them and was told as far as they knew windshields were to for inspection I said it’s on the Texas dps website, then he said if it goes all the way across, I said it doesn’t. And then he said you’ll have to take it somewhere else then I can’t get into this with you. So acknowledged I can take it somewhere else and be fine.
(This vehicle has passed inspection with this same crack before). We will not come back for anything.

Took my vehicle to be inspected. They told me it did not pass due to the window tint being too dark. This wouldn’t be a problem however, i took my car to this exact shop last year and it was passed. Im not sure how or why they passed it last year and not this year when the tint has not been touched or changed since the last inspection. I took my vehicle to a different inspection place and asked that they double check the tint. Interestingly enough the tint was fine and the vehicle passed. Cant say i would recommend you take your vehicle here as these people clearly have no idea what they are doing.

I wouldn’t come here for anything but an oil change. I pulled up on Friday afternoon, there was only one other car in the garage, and they told me they’d take mine as soon as they finished the other one, and they did. Although, it took them an hour and ten minutes to change the oil on my Yukon. I brought my Malibu up there today for transmission fluid, and it took 25 minutes for them to even offer to help me despite clearly seeing me arrive. They told me that it was far too soon to change it, as it should be done every 150,000 miles, which is totally false. I was fed up with them, so I left. I absolutely despise inaccurate information, especially when it concerns other people’s cars.
